New Genealogy Series supports Abundance
|Are you ready to discover resources in the genealogy community including libraries, archives, websites, applications, genealogical societies and more? Amy Coffin of the We Tree Blog has authored the ’52 Weeks of Abundant Genealogy’ series for 2012. This fine series of 52 prompts (one for each week of the year) will help you take full advantage of the abundant resources available to assist you in documenting your family history and expanding your genealogy research.
This is her fourth series of genealogy tidbits which have held great value for countless genealogists and family historians. Listed below are her first three series.
- Jump Start Your Genealogy Blog: 52 Ideas. 52 Weeks (2009)
- 52 Weeks To Better Genealogy (2010)
- 52 Weeks of Personal Genealogy History (2011)
We all gained great benefit last year by chipping away at writing our personal histories as a result of her well-thought-out weekly prompts. I will continue to post from this year’s series for your benefit. As usual, Coffin’s series is hosted on the fantastic GeneaBloggers website. Go there if you’d like to join the genealogy blogging community, or if you’d like to see aggregated comments on this series from many different genealogy bloggers.
